Tiffany was so professional and so knowledgeable about her products and the process. She easy to talk to and makes the dreaded Brazilian go by quickly with the least amount of pain possible. Obviously it's going to hurt, and she wont try and convince you otherwise-- but she's quick, thorough, and good at what she does. I was comfortable the whole time and happy with my results :). Not to mention the boutique is adorable!
