I only met Jan, who was extremely professional. Just as a little background, we had a different cleaning service, but unfortunately, when the CEO notices the office is not being cleaned, it's time to hire a new service. Jan came right in, and she was prompt with a quote.
We have been using Cleaning on Wheels for the past few months now. As I mentioned, they are professional, which is very important to me, and flexible with our schedule of course. They always do a great job if there's something I need to gently remind them about. Maybe it's a little extra care for the tabletops or a special solution that our bowling floors require. They have just been really responsive to all of that. All of the employees have immediately noticed the differences and made several comments within a couple weeks.
