What can I say about Progressive Medical....\r

Their medical service may be ""progressive"", but their billing/administrative service seems to be in the dark ages. While the doctors were friendly and they did identify my issues, I received no follow-up AT ALL when I simply did not make another appointment. My last appointment was in Sept. 2011. On 5/31/12, the billing dept called for payment. They did not want to allow me time to get documentation from my parents' insurance company, so that I can know what the insurance paid. Other complications were present in my situation, but the main thing is that they seemed to wait patiently for the insurance company to pay during 8 consecutive months but they were not willing to be patient with me for more than one month.\r

Since I wrote the review, the billing department was authorized to allow me more time to finish payment. Payment has been completed and I have no more issues with them.
