I joined Fit Code 7 weeks ago and a week into the program I joined there SKJ contest. 7 weeks later and I feel great. Not only have I made new friends (& Family) but I have learned a better way of eating and working out. The coaches at Fit Code are truly unbelievable. I have never had such great one on one interaction with any other gym or weight loss program that I have belong to. You can send an email, text or even a face book message to any coach and you are sure to get a quick response back. I have ask for advice such as food choices ( I can send a text at a grocery store and ask about a certain yogurt or protein bar that I want to try) , or even what work out would best suit me and had a response instantly!! Fit Code has really helped me to change the way I feel and look and I truly appreciate everyone that has helped me on my journey. It was only 4 weeks into the contest and I was fitting into my jeans that were 2 sizes to small on me!!! Thanks Everyone.
