This place is horrible! They are so strict and so anti-guest!! They issue ""tickets"" if you get three then you're car can get towed!! horrible place to live and visit. If a guest is there after midnight even 1am they then have to get an overnight pass if they don't then they might get a ticket and get towed...but you can only get one overnight pass per week.This is so absurd! I completely agree with the first post the manager Margaret Pineda is so so rude! I called the management company Les Frame management and they could care less. This place doesnt care about its residents!
