I have dealt with Tony a few times now and he has been extremely co-operative. The first couple of times, he quoted a price for an alternator and a power steering hose, that was more expensive than what I was getting on ebay. He let me park my car in his shop and gave me time to order it on ebay and then installed them for me. It is usual for the belts to develop some slack and that creates a noise on ignition. I have been to Tony's shop and even a year after the installation, he tightens the belt and does a few other minor repairs for free! And, as other reviewers have mentioned, if something is unnecessary, he tells you about it right away.
