When I was discussing my move with the sales rep Josh of xpress moving van lines, he ensured me that their movers would be at my place with all necessary tools and a van within 9am and they would complete the move within 4pm. I knew that is not possible because they had to deal with many things and I never heard that professional movers are punctual. However when they arrived before 9am. I was hoping for the best. I was actually surprised when they completed the entire move about an hour earlier than the quoted time and charged less than the quoted price!! I was more surprised when I did not find any kind of damage!! Truly speaking they have changed my perception towards the moving companies.
