An appointment with a personal trainer was what I needed to provide the incentive to stick with an exercise program. After exercising with The Perfect Workout for the past 6 months, I feel stronger, have lost a few pounds and I fit into a smaller clothing size. I look like I have muscles on my upper arm instead of flab, and it is much easier to pick up my 16lb dog when he refuses to walk. As a nurse, I frequently bend from the knees and it is much easier now to spring back up again. The personal trainers here are great since they monitor your progress, appropriately increase the difficulty of the exercises, and offer much needed encouragement.
