They Misrepresent their cars, or they flat out lie...... I specifically asked for something that they told me was in my car (heat warmers in leather seats in their Titanium Ford focus). Once I brought it home, found out in fact that it was not. Because of the new computerized sync system and the learning curve, it's very hard to tell... Emails to the General Manager and no response. Sales Manager said "" Oh well, Your car would have been more if it had the seat warmers"". What a dishonest load of BS........... Please help yourself and me, and do NOT buy a car from Evergreen. You will be sorry if you do :(\r
I plan on contacting Ford Corporate Sales Division as well. Too bad in these economic times that you try to buy USA , only to turn around and get lied to.......
