Terrific Results! Finding Intestinal Fitness has been great for my health. The ambiance in this establishment is so serene and relaxing. I often leave with greater piece of mind. I’ve always had such positive experiences with my colonics here. Thus far, I’ve had several colonics and I’ve lost weight, my acne prone skin is clearer, I feel a lot better, and I don’t have a lot of the cravings for sweets and carbohydrates that I once had. \r
Receiving colonics at Intestinal Fitness has also been great for my budget. The cost benefit and time savings has been tremendous. Before getting colonics at Intestinal Fitness I would spend a lot of money addressing external issues like dry skin, brittle nails, side aches & pains, brittle hair, weight gain, acne, etc. I would spend money on the latest technology and product to improve the areas I needed help. I was so focused on the outside. It didn’t dawn on me that my body needs cleansing from the inside so that it can absorb the nutrients from foods and supplements. Cleansing from the inside has been so beneficial for me. My skin, hair, nails, and weight have all improved immensely. I no longer have those annoying side pains. Going to Intestinal Fitness for colonics has been a great time saver for me as well. I used to spend so much time going from one appointment to the next while sitting and waiting attempting to address external issues, but now I make one stop at Intestinal Fitness and the remainder of my schedule allows me to do other things. Now that I am on track with my colonics and seeing great results, they are a regular part of my “stay healthy regimen.” I used to get colonics in another city, which used a different system. I didn’t get the results that I do with the system Gabrielle (Colonic Therapist) uses. At Intentional Fitness the process is comfortable and I don’t experience any pain. \r
I’d be remiss if I didn’t express how grateful I am for Grabrielle. She is such a caring, warm, knowledgeable, non judgmental person who exudes positive energy. She is a great listener and she realizes that no two people are exactly the same. She is great to work with! The receptionist, Rebecca, is always pleasant as well. \r
