Horrible experience. We waited for over an hour for the kids that work there to hook up the trailer only to watch them ram the trailer into the back of our car. After going through all the inconvience of getting two quotes, taking pictures, etc. they claim it didn't happen and won't accept liability. I cannot believe anyone would ever run their business like this. Never ever go there.
