This review is to express my grave dismay with Francesca?s Bridal Boutique and their services for my wedding on September 15, 2012. I am truly disappointed in the recent conversation that I had with the owner Rick on September 21 and 24 expressing that he would not reimburse me for any portion of my expenditures that I made to rectify a situation that Francesca?s Bridal Boutique created for my Best Man.
