Let me start off by saying that this is the friendliest carpet cleaner I have ever had in my home. I have had pushy carpet cleaners in the past and my experience with Trojan was fantastic. I moved here from New York about 2 years ago with my daughter who is 7 and every parent with kids can see my concerns. Now to the cleaning I had 5 rooms,2 staircases, a sectional sofa and about 900 sqft of tile cleaned and it all came out perfect. I let the office know that I needed to be out by noon so they sent two vans with 3 technicians and were done by 12 thanks again Trojan Carpet Care.
