I went in to the Fireside Designs store with pictures of what my fireplace looked like. The people were very helpful in helping us decide what new model would best fit our needs. From the store visit to the installation, it was an all around great experience.
The installers were very helpful, clean, and efficient. They spray-painted the silver chimney cap black, so it camouflages into the black surroundings. They did an incredible job! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
