I worked 50+ hours a week as manager at this store and I can honestly say that it is absolutely atrocious. The upper management (Wendell Poole and Glenn Zabel) are doing many illegal and immoral things. The building permit was expired for months. My food safety ""certification"" was done by Wendell himself, even though it said my name on it. Since they own stores in Minnesota and Wisconsin, they transfer money between bank accounts (tax evasion) and employee checks have bounced multiple times. The pest control is poor and the cleaning is never, I repeat NEVER, completely sanitary. I highly recommend that you do not go to this store, especially in times of rush (this is when we have no time to clean and I can not describe to you how disgusting the equipment gets). Not only that, but Wendell and Glenn specifically told me to never hire men for the front because ""Sex sells, and a man and a woman can appreciate a good looking woman"". It is absolutely no wonder that the employees hate their job with the things that are said to them. All of this and much more lead me to quit this position. When I did this, many of my other staff quit the store as well. Now, they are left with the most unexperienced staff (they just rehired many employees who were fired for stealing and other things due to desperation) and least customer service friendly. After working 50 hour weeks there for 6 months, I had to get the hell out. I quit on my own and I recommend not going to this establishment as a customer. I promise you will not get quality service or food... whether you know it or not.
