Rudy and Michael arrived on time and were professional, courteous and friendly. Rudy was the lead (he was training Michael) and obviously knew his business. At the end I asked them to clean the dryer vent duct ($25) and they did it quickly and repaired the duct that had to be disconnected. We are happy with the professional approach exhibited and the results. May be more expensive but worth it.
