Better Tripp moved my husband's grandmother's piano for us from Tulsa, OK to Prosper, TX. Given that it was just one item, albeit big and heavy, we waited a little while to get it (a couple months), so they wouldn't have to make a special trip and charge us an arm and a leg! We were very pleased with the service all the way around! Definitely recommend and would use again. Thanks guys!
