5 or 6 weeks ago, my old trane unit died. It was about 25 years old and they came out to look at it, they gave me some options. I decided it was time to replace it because cost of repair was too high. I was happy with the installation and their candor. I really don't have any negatives to say. They came out here a few days ago to tweak the thermostat, and explained all the settings to my satisfaction.
