Hello, I would like to share my experience @ Intestinal Fitness in Raleigh. For years I have experienced frequent headaches, fatigue and anxiety. After turning 40 earlier this year I have began to research issues with gastrointestinal problems i.e. chronic constipation, protruding stomach and gas. A co-worker suggested we go try this procedure. I contacted them by phone to ask some questions and made an appointment for a few days later to have the colonic therapy and a footbath. They actually have evening appoinments so I didn?t need to miss work. Rebecca was wonderful and answered all my questions along with booking my appoinment. I recently had my first session of Colon Hydrotherapy with Gabrielle. I will admit I was nervous about having an object inserted into my anus. My fears were quickly put to ease. If you?re a female and were given a enema during the labor and delivery process, don?t worry this is so much easier and cleaner. I was verbally instructed during the procedure which only lasts 45 mintues. I felt so much better afterwards I scheduled a 2nd session in 2 weeks. I would suggest everyone try this procedure at least once (that?s my motto). You will feel relieved afterward and it will help with dehydration. I am not a water drinker, after my procedure I began craving water. I know my body needs water and this really showed me how much. It took quite a bit of water to saturate my colon to even begin to release the crap that?s stuck in there. After my colonic I received my footbath which Rebecca administered. She provided me with details of the colors and what certain things meant in terms of detoxifying my body. I have a pedicure every two weeks and my feet were softer after this footbath then ever before. What a great first experience. This office is out of my way I live in Fuquay Varina and work in RTP, but I will be returning. I will let you know how Visit 2 goes. Good luck to you.
