I went online and noticed Intestional Fitness which is only 15-20 mins from my home vs me driving 40-45 mins to the previous location i used to go to in Cary this location is convient for me.When I entered I was greeted nicely and the office atmosphere gave me a beach vibe with help me with feeling relaxed before my session. Before, I felt abdominal discomfort, tiredness, fatigue, random headaches, bloating and constipation. I no longer have those unwanted toxins. The detoxifying process was good Gabielle told me things about what was going on in my colon that i didnt know shes very knowlegeable and it shows in her her work. The colonic was a great start to help me boost my weight loss program. its easier for me to absorb nutrients and vitamins now. i have glowing skin and restuful night sleeps.I am very happy with Intestional fitness and I know i will continue my treatment there in the future!
