I too was towed. I parked in the Bank of America parking lot on a Saturday after 6:00 pm. Yes, it cost me 218.30 as well. The only people at the car storage facility were people who were parked in the same place. This is a racket and is, as far as I'm concerned, theft. It is wrong and a trap. I will be visiting Bank of America and cause my own racket if I don't get my money back.
