I called early one morning for a cab. The cab was fifteen minutes late; not that bad, considering it was bar closing time. But then the cab driver, while friendly, drove far south of our requested address and then, after turning, driving far east. At this point, I corrected him on the address and he was like ""Oh yeah you are right, I am going that way."" and I said, ""Know it is back the other way."" At which point the driver said he made a mistake and said, ""Oh sorry, wrong turn""."" I proceeded to give THE TAXI DRIVER directions back to my house. I felt as though he was trying to take advantage of two white, drunk girls who weren't actually that drunk. Then he charges us a $1.50 for a cc fee, then $.50 for a late night fee, then another $2.50 for a credit card fee and there were some other fees to charge us over by $5.50...and then when I called to report the driver; Cheryl, who after being stuck on hold and then hung up on three times I finally reached, she said the supervisor was not in and she didn't know if the supervisor was coming back. Finally, after calling again, I got the 'supervisor' (after I said I was a corporate caller) who said she would take care of the driver. I don't know what she meant by this, but she said she could not take care of my fare and I should have called while in the cab. WFT?! Overall, they started off great, but ended up raping me once I was in the cab. I will not be using them again. I would rather take the bus, and that says a lot!
