I don""t know about those other reviews, all I can write is what I have experienced with Roos Only. I only have praise for this place that my brother a former auto mechanic (he moved) told me to go to because he trusted them and had use them for his mechanic business. I have been using Roos since 2008, they are good, trusting people and have alway done right by me. My last vist which was today (emergency) the owner gave his own time to help me fix the problem, which was electrical. It would of cost me $250 to $300.00 else were. The owner did not only take this on himself because they were very busy, but he only charged $150.00. Now thats pretty good business I must say. Have been with them 4 yrs. I trust only them. They have treated me fairly in all aspects, especially being a women.
