Just found out yesterday these guys ripped me off three months ago. I called them because my remote stopped working and a service person came out. He told me my two sensors were bad and replaced them for $65 dollars per unit. total bill over two hundred dollars. Then he took my remote and got on a ladder and reset a switch, or so he pretended. Same problem happened yesterday and I called a different company and turns out the remote programming just had to be set again with one button while pressing the remote. The could have walked me through this on the phone but quality door decided to rip me off instead. These guys are criminals.
