In the past six months, Rite Aid has made an error with my prescription every single time I have had to get a refill. Errors include:
--giving me 2/3 of the number of pills I was prescribed, repeatedly
--telling me my insurance no longer covered me, when in fact it did (turns out they had been calling the wrong insurance company)
--telling me my doctor refused my prescription when he didn't (I assume they'd been calling the wrong doctor, but they never offered an explanation for that one)
--general inability to complete a refill by the time promised
I stayed with Rite Aid for several months because it was the most geographically convenient pharmacy, but the general stress and inconvenience caused by their incompetence is outweighs location.
