John Vasquez of Ralph's Appliance Services called before coming within the alloted appointment time (12p - 2p), said he'd arrive at 12:30p, brought his wife along who works in the office but didn't mention she was coming (not a big deal, but not professional).
John chipped away the iceberg at the bottom of my side-by-side refrigerator's freezer section, was as clean as possible with the mess, answered questions while I hovered in the background with his wife watching him work, and acted very professionally. His heater solution for my freezer drain clog was relatively cheap, and the whole experience cost me $125, which after the $90 service charge means it was a $35 fix. It was nice to be able to pay by credit card instead of having to write a check, too.
