I recommend Mike Dixey at OrthoRehab Specialists in Eden Prairie as the first place to go if you need to rehab an injury. I am a collegiate rugby player who has dealt with multiple back and ankle injuries and Mike and Amber (rehab assistant) have been excellent in helping me return to top playing form. I went to multiple doctors and a chiropractor for over two years to attempt to fix my back injury, but after only a couple visits with Mike and working with his rehab exercises and techniques, I was able to fix the pain and return to rugby and powerlifting.
Mike is extremely knowledgeable, is able to explain your injury to you in common terms (since we aren't all doctors), and is always willing to answer questions I have about my injury or sports and lifting in general.
Bottom line is, Mike and Amber love what they do and they enjoy watching clients get healthy. Mike is a continuous learner and always provides me with the most up-to-date information and therapy methods.
