Mega Home Improvements, Inc. deserves no stars for the roof they installed on my home. They did a tear-down and installed a new roof costing $12,000. Less than six months later it started leaking on the front porch and also around the chimney during a heavy rain. They sent a serviceman who said I would have to pay to have it re-sealed even though I had a 10-year guarantee. Then that winter the roof leaked in different places from the snow. The owner, Steve Hogel, said the leak was weather related and refused to repair it. My insurance adjuster, and another roofer both said that the shingles on my roof had been spaced too far apart. Shoddy workmanship and skimping on the shingles was the reason for the roof leaking. MEGA also changed the contract after I signed it crossing out the 30-year guarantee on the shingles to ten years. They don't honor their warranty anyway! So now I have to sue to get my money back and damages. MEGA IS BAD NEWS!! DISHONEST, CROOKED, DISHONEST,AND
