Terrible customer service. Receptionist, or whatever she was, was completely rude every time I called there. I called a few times at different points of my search for a new home. She actually said one time ""Why would you not just find a few places you like, drive by them, see if you like them first. We dont have the time to be driving you around looking for properties all day."" Wow! All I said was ""Maybe after we look at this house we can see if theres anything else in the area in these parameters."" And keep in mind she was being EXTREMELY rude the entire conversation. I was actually being very nice and polite. I had called a few other time with the same results, or never getting a phone call back. If this place is as good as everyone says it is, then they need to get rid of this lady ASAP. But really, I have a sneaking suspicion that these are NOT legit reviews. Look at the space in between each comment and how generic and similar all of them are. Look at the names of them how they have the same idea. Karen, Tina, Meghan. And its funny its either 5star or 1 star.... hmmm weird. And one more thing, look how perfect all the grammar is in these reviews. 90% of people would not be writing these silly reviews with perfect punctuation and grammar. FRAUD!
