I had a nearly identical experience as the nanamo9. I have attempted to use my Groupon two different times and was told there was no availability as soon as I said that I had a Groupon. The first time was two weeks ago. I called and was told they were booked. I understood initially because I assumed they were swamped with the holiday and everyone trying to use their Groupon. Just this morning I decided to walk to the Square to see if they were open and to make an appointment. I was pleased to see that they were open. I went in and there was 1 customer and 3 open chairs. Two employees were unoccupied. I said that I would like to get a mani pedi later in the day. I did not even specify a time. Any time would have been fine. The woman at the desk said ok, and then said ""Oh do you have a groupon?"" I said yes, and then she said ""We can't take care of you today."" I found it hard to believe that they were completely booked for the rest of the day. I pointed out that there were three empty chairs. She said they had a lot of customers coming in, but I could see that her book was empty. She then changed her reason to the fact that she ""had to do a lot of paper work."" I was flabbergasted. A business will never succeed when the paperwork is the priority over customer service. Her entire countenance changed as soon as she remembered to ask me about the Groupon. The worst part is that I think she was the owner. She told me not to get an attitude. I will never go back and I am seeking ways to get my money back from Groupon.
