Five stars across the board for technician James B. and Dial 1 Plumbing. James was here promptly and conducted himself in a professional manner. He was very skilled in what he did (replaced a water heater) and explained everything very well. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely call Dial 1 the next time I need a plumber.
