Dave, (the assistant manager) did such a nice job of service recovery that I had to post a review. I purchased a product that was unsatisfactory. When I returned it the 2nd time, frustrated, he handled the transaction in such a friendly, professional way, I left feeling like any of my Mac purchases in the future will be through him.
