We have been very disappointed in this company. We have only rented since July of 2011, and have had nothing but problems from Rathbun. When moving into our house, Rathbun knew absolutely nothing about our house, whether the washer/dryer hook-up was gas or electric, where the post-office key was to name a few. Upon seeing scorpions in the house and garage we asked about it, and they agreed to a complimentary scorpion spray. We filled out a work order for it, but it did not ever get done. Recently we returned home to find one of our windows broken. After filling out a work order, it took over 3 weeks for them to even get back to us, and now they are refusing to fix it and will likely take it out of our security deposit. Whenever we have called them asking about something they have acted snooty and judgmental, something I would never expect from a company. I don't know anything good that they actually do, except take your money and keep the owners happy. I will never deal with Rathbun ever again!
