New London is a family owned business, that's not only a pharmacy but a beauty store as well; their staff is so welcoming that they make you feel as if they're your personal shoppers rather than sales people. The Cosmetics crew is very knowledgeable about all the products and willing to help. The girl at the counter spent an hour helping me pick out the perfect face wash (Nuxe Purifying Cleansing Gel-Highly Recommended), you definitely wouldn't find that type of service at a department store!!!
