i recently purchased a notebook sleeve from them. i emailed them the dimension of my notebook to confirm if the sleeve will fit. a customer service replied, saying: ""The TB-S0123WHT-13 should give you plenty of room for your laptop."" so i bought it.
after waiting for over a month, i finally received it. and it's just way too tight, i have to force my notebook in to zip it up.
so i emailed the same customer service, telling her that i am unhappy with her advice. and she told me to just post it back to receive a refund for the item (they will not refund any shipping fees).
she's a very good at misleading people, but not very good at being responsible for what she said!
