The receptionists at the Jay Michael salon are incredibly rude and unpleasant. After I waited for one full hour, I apparently had a lot of nerve to say that it was not appropriate. The receptionist was rude to say the least. The manager who walked up to see what the issue was just shrugged his shoulders.\r

Apparently repeat customers are not a priority, and I will happily make sure that I won't be back.
