A1 Toyota has the worst service department I have ever been to. I was scheduled for a service on Tuesday 27th December - the service department associate who I had to deal with was so obnoxious and condescending that I cancelled my service and walked out. It is amazing how rude he was. I will never service my vehicle at A1 Toyota again and neither will I buy any future vehicles there or recommend this dealership to anyone else.
