I am VERY pleased with the service I got at Lane Automotive. Here's the story.......At the Mieneke on Yadkin road my husband was told our Ford Explorer need a front wheel bearing, a rear wheel bearing, and new rear brakes....all for the grand total of $1,200. Well this threw up a huge red flag cause I had the rear brakes replaced a year ago. I knew they weren't bad. So I took our explorer to Lane Automotive for a second opinion. I told them nothing about what Meineke had told me. They looked at my vehicle and said I needed a new left front bearing....that's it. Both my rear wheel bearings and the right front were fine. At this point I told them the Meineke story and they checked the rear brakes for me as well, which were, as I'm sure you can guess, just fine too. I have nothing but respect and gratitude towards Lane Automotive. This was my first experience with them and you can bet for any further auto repairs, it's them I'll be calling.
