Report from wife: Went in for ""Express"" oil change. Sat in car for 5 min. with no attention. Went in office where several were drinking coffee and talking, seemingly idly.
Wife told 2 hours for oil change. Asked about the big ""express"" sign outside and told she didn't know what express meant. (rudely)
When asked about being first in the morning, service tech told here still two hours. ""You don't want the mechanic to burn his hands, do you?"" rude again.
I bought two Honda cars there. I will not buy there again. That's maybe over 50,000.00 in sales for being rude.
I am going to recommend a change in attitude.
