Just amazed of the bad service 1/27/2012

My bill was due at the end of Feb. 2012.\r I received a bill for 3 months. I mailed them a check and they received it on 1/6/12. On 1/10/12, they picked up the garbage can and did not notify me. When I called to check on the can, they informed that the wanted 3 months at a time. I was prepaid for another 2 months, but they only wanted 3 months at a time. They could deliver another can for $25.00. This is terrible customer service. The took the can and wanted to charge me more money even though I was not late.\r \r They do not care.\r I am just amazed that they will pick up the can even though I was 2 months prepaid. more
