I can't be very complimentary about this guy. He ran a rain water drainage pipe across a corner of my septic field, which created a ventilation shaft that carried septic odors back to the house. He had used a cheap pipe which cracked near the field and he made no effort to avoid the field when he installed it. I had his mess fixed by someone else fix who was very critical of Brill's work.
