I'm a very loyal customer of Lindorf's Import Service Inc. They do a good job. They took care of my Volvo for a long time and I asked recommendations for a new car that Lindorf's Import Service Inc. could specifically take care of. I've now had a Subaru for less than a year now. I believe in independent shops. Lindorf's Import Service is small scale because they have a limited number of people who can work on the car, which affects how fast things get turned around. I understand this, and if you want it to be faster, go to a bigger place. I like the quality of the work at Lindorf's. I try to schedule ahead and try not to have car emergencies. I know there are tough economic goings in Medford so I am one of their loyal clientele.
