I can related to these reviews about CCP! This is the worst environment that any child or family should be at during a time of dealing with any family issues. Very toxic! My Ex husband pick this place, with his attorney help...Sound like everything that I went through. one time my ex called CCP to let them know that he was going to be late,( mind you we are already there ) when we ask how late he was going to be, her response was so invidious, that I told her, that there own facility rules states that when one party is going to be late, and the other party wishes to wait, a fee of a dollar per min. will be assessed, to the parent that is late. so we waited for a half hour, then I told them that we wish to not stay any longer. the girl said ok, when we got back home, CCP call the police and Fresno district attorney's child abduction unit on me.. So when I talk to the district attorney and explained what had happen and that my own father was with me as a witness, they told me next time to wait until my ex showed up, that was so crazy.. My girls hated going there, they didn't feel protected at all, one time during visitation my ex their father, grab my daughter by her arm to make her sit in a chair, left a red mark on her arm where he had grab her. She was 10 yrs. old, and knew that nobody in that place was there to help her. When I went to pick them up, my ten yr.old daughter, had tears streaming down her face, when I asked what was wrong, Michelle told me ""not in here take it outside"". My daughter told me what had happened, and the girl Lori that was there supervising the visit, was joking around and having a good time with their dad. I went back in to show Diane and she told me that she would talk to Lori and get her side and would call me at home. Her reason was that they were all playing and wresting around. I took them to court. And there story changed, that I never showed them my daughter arm and that I had a problem being jealous, and a scored woman. The court would not allow me to take my girls to another facility. This place use to have a ton of cats, and the urine smell was horrid. I even call the health dept. and how stupid that man is smoking were there are children present..I definitely would not want anyone to go through, what I went through. I'm really glad that I saw these reviews to know that I'm not the only one!
