The person I dealt with seemed friendly enough up front, but misrepresented the cost of the plan for my yard to me. I was also told that I could use the money spent on the plan towards products for our yard. After I paid double the price I was initially quoted, I was told I could get 20% off until I had earned my money back basically. I was kind of in shock at this point and just left. My husband called him later to ask about this and was yelled at and insulted by the owner. Nothing was resolved. I am not quite sure how this place stays in business, but I would definitely find somewhere else to get your landscaping done.
