My experience was bad, but I will update this report if corrections are made.
The technician did not know how to treat the fabric on my upholstered chairs and ottomans. He damaged all of them. He was supposed to return, but never did. I just called the office to report he was a 'no show'. Unfortunately, the Stickley chairs and ottomans were consigned for sale at $2000 each set and the Consignment shop said the damage to the fabric ... if uncorrected ... affects the value of the furniture. He also made quite a mess of my hardwood floor. He did not cover it and overspray was all over. He cleaned it up, but you could still see the 'smearing' from the chemicals he used. He did a good job on the carpet. I would not use them for upholstered furniture.
