I was referred to this company by my homeowners insurance, First American Home Buyers Protection. They sent a technician to diagnose problems with my stove top and oven. Technician took oven part and said he would return in a week with it fixed along with replacement parts to fix stove. I contacted them a week later since I didn't hear from them to learn that the oven part was still being tested and they wouldn't schedule an appointment to install part until they verified it was fixed. I called 2 days later to learn part was fixed but that the technician's schedule was now booked so it would be another week before he could repair it. When the technician installed the ""repaired"" part, it was doing the exact same thing it did when he took it away. He also didn't bring the parts to fix the stove either. AAR Appliances rep called next day to schedule an appointment to re-diagnose the problem and basically start repair process all over again. I refused the service and felt like I was being scammed since Homeowners Insurance wouldn't send another company out. AAR Appliances Repair team offers incompetent help all over Southern California so watch out.
