The customer service is so poor that the older Spanish lady (not sure if this is the owner) just yells at you upon entrance. I am also Spanish-speaking and am so embarrassed to say that she is. She yelled at me for obtaining change in the presence of my 2 year old daughter. She assumed I took quarters for change. I asked her to speak to me nicely. I explained to her that I was a customer and was planning on returning to wash my laundry. Unfortunately she continued to yell in front other customers. She was very rude and unprofessional and I made sure it was known to her and other customers. Therefore I would not recommend this type of setting to do your laundry especially that the neighborhood should be very quiet and friendly. She just lost a customer.
