This cleaner is great as long as they do not harm your clothes, then it is a different story entirely. You will run into a bunch of excuses, lies and wasted time as the owner Mark decides if the damage that has been done to your clothes is enough for him not to wear them, if they were his (what a joke). WHAT YOU WILL ALSO FIND OUT IS THAT THE STORE POLICY FOR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PIECE OF CLOTHING THEY DAMAGE IS $17.50....NOT A HUGE SURPRISE HERE, THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONE WHO IS OUT. The true nature of a business is shown in how they handle themselves when they make a mistake and 5th Avenue Cleaners fails miserably. If you would like the reassurance of knowing that possible issues with your nice/expensive clothes will be handled professionally, pay the extra and go somewhere else.
