After hearing horror stories about unscrupulous contractors or subpar craftmanship, we were nervous about all the stress that can go into finishing a basement. After working with Finished for 14, I can honestly say that we have had a great experience, no stress. The layout and functionality of our basement is better than we could have imagined and the finishing touches and ""prettiness"" factor of the cabinets, moldings, fireplace and railings are excellent. We always felt comfortable having the work crews in our home as they went about their business in a professional manner. We were also thrilled when the project came in on budget, and we weren't continually nickled and dimed as the project evolved. If any problem arose (which they occasionally do) Brian and Todd were quick to resolve the issue. Our basement is the new hangout for the family and the whole neighborhood.
