poor quality, poor service & very dishonest. I have found these people own several local company's to confuse the customer & make them feel they are getting a good deal. the repair techs will do unneeded repairs to boost their commission and the company feels this is ok as repairs are just suggestions and the customer needs to use their own judgement on what actually needs to be done. far from the professional care that was once offered. BUYER BEWARE !!
